About Us

Threads Count is a collaborative effort of three brothers to bring a carefully curated collection of Men's clothing with a focus on contemporary style and fit. Our space is a curated collection of men's designer clothing, with an emphasis on contemporary style and fit. Boasting a brand list of over 300, virtually every brand from the globe is represented. From the classics such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Comme de Garçon, to newer additions to the fashion world like Wings + Horns, APC, Opening Ceremony and many more. If you are a business man, you are sure to be impressed with our assemblage of Napolitan dress shirts and suits, from the handmade Borelli Napoli's, to the superior design and fabrics of Isaia Napoli. We make sure that everything is cleaned, pressed and in excellent condition; free from defect.

How It Works

• Threads Count will hold items for 90 days at a time.
• Pricing is determined by Threads Count and is non-negotiable.
• Consignor receives 40% of sales price.
• Payment will be issued up to once a month, at the consignors request.
• Threads Count may have sales and reduce items as it sees fit.
• After 30 days from the end of the consignment period, any unsold items that have not been either reconsigned or picked up by the consignor, may be donated to charity.
• Threads Count is not responsible for damage to articles from handling, loss by fire, water damage, pilferage, burglary or robbery.
We are looking for contemporary style and fit. This typically means items that are 0-4 years old with a well known label. Threads Count is a haberdashery, so we accept everything that pertains to man and his wardrobe from suits, coats, shoes belts, jewlery etc. Items should be in good condition and free from defect. If you think a piece is special, we want to look at. We accept all seasons of clothing year round. If you are in Portland, stop by the shop during normal business hours, no appointment necessary. If you would like an appointment outside of normal business hours , or want a home appoinment, please email to schedule that. Outside of Portland? Fill out this simple form and we will be in touch to determine if your items are what we are looking for, we will email you a shipping label. We pay for shipping.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: When you request payment, we can electronically pay you if you have Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, or other participating banks. If you want a check that can be collected anytime
Q: How do I know if something sold?
A: Emails go out the moment an item sells, showing you what sold, and how much you made.
Q: How do I know what sold and for how much?
A: This will be detailed in the email that you receive when an item sells.
Q: What’s the split?
A: The split is 60/40, you get 40, we get 60.
Q: What happens if my clothes don’t sell?
A: We hold items for 90 days. We may wish to reconsign, you may wish to collect the unsold items. After 30 days if we do not hear from you, we may donate your items to one of our favorite charities.
Q: How do I know how many days are left in my contract.
A: This information will be detailed in the report generated when you sell an item.
Q: Do I have anything left in inventory?
A: The number of items left in inventory is included in each of our sale alert emails.
Q: Can I have my check mailed to me?
A: We will happily mail you a check.
Q: Can I consign if I don’t live in Portland?
A: Yes! There is a form on the homepage that you may fill out to begin the simple process. Once approved you will receive a shipping label via email.
Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: We pay for the clothes to be shipped to us.
